The Collaboration

CLOSED
I won't take the site off completely just because I might want to take a look at what I did here in a year or something but I can say it will almost certainly stay closed. If you are affiliated with us then you can take us off without getting pestered. Your banners will stay up though (yay XD).

Message to EC

Yes, you can take us off the sister sites bar :). I've said it once or twice on the c-box but I dont think anyone was around when I said it so if you're reading this then my other plan has worked. Muahaha.

This site is a unique bird roleplay which has just re-opened from maintenance mode with plenty of new additions to it. It is highly recommended.

Weather
It seems as if summer is going on for a bit too long to be good for the inhabitants. The sun just won't stop shining and the land of Shamony is clearly in dire need of rain. It's becoming harder and harder to find water and everyone's feeling the heat!

Veracity walked slowly through some of the drier sands of the desert, her hooves pushing up sand as she went, muffling her tracks. Though it had rained a little that morning any signs of it were gone now, dried away in the hot afternoon sun. Veracity didn't really care though. She was getting used to the desert, and she liked the feel of the hot sun on her striped back.

"I wonder what mother would say if she could see me now." She murmured, pausing to look behind her. "She'd probably tell me I need to get cleaned up somewhere." She decided, nosing the dirt encrusted on her back. "I just don't want to waste any drinking water that way. I can handle a little dirt."

Looking up at the sky, blinking against the bright light she scanned for hawks or any other birds. After a minute, seeing none, she dropped her head with a sigh. It's so lifeless out here lately. It's kind of depressing. I haven't even gotten to know the others I share this territory with. It's a conundrum that I suppose I really should do something about. Trouble is I don't know where to start. I don't know if they'd trust me enough to talk straight out to me.

Pushing any depressing thoughts to the back of her mind the zebra started plodding forward again. She had no clear destination in her mind but she'd marked where she'd come from so she had no worries about getting lost. She was just wandering.

One of her scars itched and she paused again to scratch at it. It's going to be invisible soon. Glancing at the long scar on her leg she sighed and resumed her wandering. Every once in a while, if she came across something green she would nose at it to see if it was worth eating. Just got to make sure to keep my strength up. I wonder how many in the territory are herbivores anyway. That'll be my next goal. Get to know the others! Her brown eyes lit up with the thought and she whinnied a laugh.
